How to start with being happy?

Based on a nun study, happier people live about 10 years longer

5 things to create positive focus in your mind, based on studies Pick one, do 20 mins a day for 20 days

  1. 20 min brisk nature walk
  2. Journal for 20 mins about positive event from the day
  3. 5 conscious acts of kindness (per day? per week?)
  4. Meditation, using headspace or similar
  5. 5 gratitudes (per week, so one a day)

Facing your fears
